Reconstitution calculator that gets the units right

Enter your vial strength, the bac water you added, and your target dose. Get the exact syringe units, mL, doses per vial, and cost per dose — with guardrails that catch the mistakes other calculators miss.

"Units" are a volume marking, not a drug amount — the same units = a different mg every time the vial is mixed differently.

Why "just use 30 units" is wrong

Syringe "units" are a volume marking — on a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL. They say nothing about how much drug you're drawing until you know the concentration, and the concentration depends entirely on how the vial was reconstituted (mg of powder ÷ mL of bac water). The same "30 units" can be a wildly different mg dose from one mix to the next. This calculator converts mg ↔ mL ↔ units correctly, both directions.

This tool converts the numbers you enter — it never recommends a dose. Its constants are cited below; the warnings are arithmetic checks, not clinical limits.

Educational calculator only. Not medical advice, not a recommended dose, and not a substitute for your prescriber or pharmacist — you enter your own numbers and we only do the arithmetic. Some peptides shown are not approved for human use; verify your product and dose with a licensed clinician.
